Too often, individuals fall through the cracks between systems of care. SafetyZone Community Cares exists to bridge those gaps by ensuring people are supported beyond the point of crisis. Our work focuses on prevention, connection, and continuity so individuals are not left navigating complex systems alone.
Where Urgent Care Meets Community Support
Provides charitable, educational, and community-based support through the Patient After Care Engagement Service (PACE). Reduce financial barriers to access behavioral health services.
To provide immediate, compassionate behavioral health support for persons who need help and not in a crowded emergency room. We exist to bridge the gap between feeling overwhelmed and finding real support.
Upon receipt of your contribution, you will receive a written acknowledgment confirming the amount of your donation, the date received, and a statement indicating whether any goods or services were provided in exchange, for your tax and record-keeping purposes.
